Who We Are

Where Standard Products Stop, We Begin

Shannon Precision LLC is a family-owned custom manufacturing company located in Leoma, Tennessee. Founded in 1984, the company has grown from its tool-and-die roots into a versatile manufacturing partner specializing in robotic weld tooling, production fixtures, custom industrial machines, precision machining, EDM, fabrication, controls, additive manufacturing, and related industrial services.

Our work often begins where standard products stop. Customers bring us drawings, CAD models, parts, photographs, sketches, existing tooling, and production challenges that require practical design and manufacturing experience. By combining modern CNC and digital manufacturing resources with traditional machining, fabrication, assembly, and toolmaking skills, Shannon Precision helps customers move from an initial need toward a practical finished solution.

The company remains focused on responsive service, practical problem-solving, and long-term customer relationships.

How We Work

From Customer Information to Finished Tooling

1

Project Review

The customer provides drawings, CAD data, photographs, sample parts, existing tooling, or a description of the production requirement.

2

Scope Development

Shannon Precision reviews the application, identifies missing information, and helps define the appropriate tooling, component, or equipment scope.

3

Design and Manufacturing

Depending on the project, work may include design, machining, EDM, fabrication, welding, controls, additive manufacturing, finishing, and assembly.

4

Build and Review

The tooling, components, or equipment are assembled and reviewed against the agreed project requirements and available customer information.

5

Delivery and Support

The completed project is prepared for delivery, installation, integration, or the next agreed phase based on the project scope.

Practical Problem-Solving

Every project starts with understanding the actual production requirement — not just the drawing.

Integrated Capabilities

Design, machining, EDM, fabrication, controls, and finishing under one roof. One point of contact.

Long-Term Relationships

Responsive service and reliable delivery to demanding manufacturers since 1984.

Why Shannon Precision

A Practical Manufacturing Partner

We work best with manufacturers who need a real engineering partner — not just a shop that cuts parts to print. Our customers bring us problems, not just drawings. We figure out the right solution together, then build it.

Because we handle design, machining, EDM, fabrication, electrical, and controls in-house, we can move efficiently and stay accountable. There's no finger-pointing between vendors when something needs to change — we own the whole project.

We've built long-term relationships with manufacturers across the region because we show up, we communicate, and we deliver. That's been true since 1984, and it's still true today.
